Question 1

Is AutoAE free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AutoAE offers a free plan with 500 one-time Free Credit, so you can sign up and explore the platform at your own pace. Downloads on the free plan are for personal, non-commercial use, and downloads paid for with your signup Credit carry an AutoAE watermark. Subscribe or buy Credit for watermark-free downloads with commercial-use rights.

Question 2

I earned free Credit by inviting friends. Can I use those videos commercially?

Accepted Answer

No. Credit earned from invites renders without the AutoAE watermark, which is easy to read as permission, but the licence follows your plan rather than the Credit you spent. On the free plan, videos stay personal and non-commercial however the Credit was earned. Commercial use — client work, branded projects, paid channels — starts with a paid plan or a Credit purchase.

Question 3

What do paid plans unlock?

Accepted Answer

Paid plans give you Credit on their listed schedule. Pick from every template, customize it online, and download watermark-free 1080p videos with commercial-use rights. Current annual plans receive Credit monthly. Creator, Agency, and Scale also include Brand Kit storage.

Question 4

Can I buy only one video?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Buy 100 permanent Credit, enough for one watermark-free commercial download from any template. No subscription is required. Check the Pricing page for the current price.

Question 5

Which payment methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards. Depending on your device and location, Stripe may also offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link. The payment methods available for your purchase are shown at Checkout. If you run into any payment issues, please reach out to our support team at support@autoae.online.

Question 6

In what cases can I expect a refund?

Accepted Answer

Subscription payments for an active billing period are non-refundable, including unused Credit or features. One-time Credit purchases are non-refundable once any purchased Credit has been used. If a confirmed technical billing error charged you without providing access or benefits, contact support@autoae.online and we will investigate.

Question 7

What should I do if my payment fails?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed through Stripe, which may occasionally flag a card for security reasons. If your payment fails, try a different card, a different payment method (e.g. Google Pay or Apple Pay), or top up the balance on your current card. If your subscription lapses, we will attempt to process your payment again within 14 days. If successful, your subscription will be reactivated automatically. You can also update your billing details anytime on your Billing page. If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@autoae.online.

Question 8

When will my subscription renew?

Accepted Answer

Monthly subscriptions renew once a month, and annual subscriptions renew once a year. After you subscribe, your next renewal date appears in Billing. Plans renew automatically unless canceled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Question 9

How do plan changes work?

Accepted Answer

Supported subscription changes are reviewed and confirmed from Billing. Switching from annual directly to monthly is not supported; cancel the annual plan first, then subscribe monthly after it ends. When a supported plan change takes effect, existing unexpired Credit remains available until its recorded expiry. If your current price or Credit amount is no longer offered, you can’t get it back after switching. Brand Kit access and storage follow the target plan, and the confirmation preview shows the impact before you continue.

Question 10

How can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

To move to Free, open Billing and select the Free plan. This schedules cancellation for the end of the current billing period, and subscription access continues until then. While cancellation is pending, you can reactivate from Billing. Brand Kit access and storage follow the active plan; review the confirmation preview and save any assets you need before access changes.

Question 11

What are the license terms for the videos?

Accepted Answer

Videos created by free users are for personal, non-commercial use only. Videos created by paid subscribers can be used for both personal and commercial purposes — including client work, social media content, and branded projects. See our License page for full details.

Question 12

Do subscribers have template customization rights?

Accepted Answer

We welcome all feedback and template requests from our users. Paid subscribers have priority in the request queue.
